Absolute Power
Absolute Power

Power-rich land.
Developed into data centres.

We originate and control power-rich industrial land in Ontario, prove it can carry real load, and co-develop it into data centres alongside capital and operating partners. We take the early risk as principal and hold our position through the build. We originate to build, not to sell land on.

A development principal originating power-secured sites in Ontario and co-developing data centres with capital and operating partners.

CURRENT FOCUS

It starts with power.

For a data centre, the bottleneck is not chips or land. It is energized megawatts. We originate and control parcels where that scarce input is real, then prove it: interconnection feasibility with Hydro One, zoning, geometry, and supporting infrastructure, sized for a 15 to 100 MW build. With the power secured, the site is ready to develop.

Site & Infrastructure Verification
  • Power capacity verification and interconnection feasibility with Hydro One
  • Zoning and land-use confirmation
  • Site geometry, shape, and usability assessment
  • Supporting infrastructure and access evaluation
What We Bring

Origination and control of a power-secured site, with interconnection, zoning, and buildability proven and the early risk carried on our own book. From there we co-develop the data centre with capital and operating partners and hold our position through the build.

We co-develop with infrastructure capital and data-centre operators.

HOW WE WORK

From power-rich land to a built data centre.

01

Originate & Control

We identify industrial parcels with real access to power and take control as principal before anything moves. Exposure stays tight while the site works through verification.

02

De-risk the Power

Focused workstreams address what power-intensive users require: power capacity and interconnection with Hydro One, zoning, site geometry and usability, and supporting infrastructure.

03

Co-develop

With the power proven, we co-develop the data centre alongside capital and operating partners, and hold our equity position through the build.

The model is built for discretion and conviction. We take real positions and de-risk them on our own book, then co-develop. A site advances only where power access, buildability, and partner requirements align.
THE ONTARIO ADVANTAGE

Power, land, and demand. One jurisdiction.

Ontario brings together what power-intensive development actually needs: a deep, low-carbon generation base, established transmission, a stable regulatory environment, and concentrated demand from operators and capital racing for speed-to-power. We work where those forces line up, and we bring forward only the sites that stand up to that scrutiny.

01 · POWER

Deep, low-carbon generation

A deep, predominantly low-carbon supply mix. For sustainable AI compute, clean power is the test for where you can build, and Ontario's grid meets it.

02 · POLICY

A supportive environment

A stable jurisdiction actively courting large-load, data-centre investment from operators and capital.

03 · TRANSMISSION

Established network

Built-out transmission and interconnection pathways. The difference between a parcel and a buildable site.

04 · DEMAND

Concentrated intent

Active interest from operators and infrastructure capital seeking to co-develop power-secured data centre sites now.

FOR PARTNERS

A direct line to power.

Powered, buildable land has become strategic infrastructure. The scarce input for the next wave of AI compute is not capital or chips. It is deliverable power on ground that is ready to build.

We co-develop with infrastructure capital and data-centre operators who want to build in Ontario on sites where the power is already secured.

We act as principal. We originate and control the land and carry the power, origination, and entitlement risk ourselves, then co-develop the data centre alongside our partners and retain a stake through the build.
