We control the power,
and develop the data centre.
Absolute Power is a specialist development principal. We originate and control power-rich industrial land in Ontario, prove it can carry real load, and co-develop it into data centres with capital and operating partners. We carry the early risk and stay in the deal.
We focus on one hard problem: finding industrial land that can actually be powered, and proving it. We verify what decides a data centre, power capacity, interconnection feasibility, zoning and land use, site geometry, and access, before we commit to develop.
From there we co-develop the data centre with capital and operating partners, as principal, and hold our position through the build. Power feasibility is confirmed directly with Hydro One.
Ontario
Ontario is where the equation works. Grid capacity is the constraint that sets the value of every industrial site, and it is the constraint we solve for first. We work quietly, hold no public inventory, and run no broad marketing. The sites we control are co-developed with selected partners, and discussed with no one else.
Discreet by design.
Power-vetted sites
Nothing moves forward until the power checks out. We confirm capacity and interconnection feasibility with Hydro One before a site earns a place in our pipeline, so what you see is already proven against the constraint that matters most.
Speed to power
We do the origination and diligence ourselves and carry the risk while it runs. With the power secured, a co-development moves from land to a buildable data centre without the usual standing start.
Technical rigor
Our diligence leads with power: capacity and interconnection feasibility, confirmed with Hydro One, alongside zoning, site geometry, infrastructure, and access. Only the sites that hold up advance. The rest never reach you.
By invitation
We keep no public inventory and run no broad marketing. We engage with capital and operating partners who can co-develop at scale, and hold every conversation in confidence.
